The Federal State Budgetary Institution «Federal Scientific Center of Rehabilitation of the Disabled named after G.A. Albrecht» of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation develops theoretical and practical aspects of the problems connected with disability and disabled people. The clinic provides surgical service and rehabilitation treatment to citizens of 75 regions of the Russian Federation and it is the basis for research institutes. Activity is carried out within social policy, high-tech medical care and compulsory health insurance. The multidisciplinary principle of providing specialized, high-tech medical care is implemented on various directions of clinical medicine.
